What is Shamanic Therapy?

Shamanic Therapy is a combination of Shamanic Journeying, Cognitive Hypnotherapy and Coaching. It works by accessing the unconscious on a very, very deep level, for it is here that our limiting beliefs and the root causes of of our behaviours live. Once we access this level things can suddenly make sense; our limiting beliefs, unbearable feelings and unwanted behaviours come into understanding and we can then move on from them.


What does Shamanic Therapy Involve?

It is not as complicated as you might think. It’s a focused but relaxed process that starts with getting you into a very calm state. Feeling safe, we use music to induce hypnotic trance and take you on a journey within yourself.


Shamanic Living

I became involved with shamanic living when I first visited South America in 2001 and never looked back. It’s becoming very trendy now to take part in ceremonies and have ancestral healing and so on, but these traditions are sacred, special, secret and are held in my heart. I have worked extensively with a range of plant medicines, maestro and shaman all over the world. Now it is my honour to hold space for individuals and groups.
